The charter contract will include dates and locations of the charter, details of the payment structure and insurance, along with warnings of unacceptable behavior and any maritime rules and regulations.

A yacht is a larger recreational boat or ship, defined as a light and fast sailing vessel. and able to carry a larger group of people.  A boat on the other hand is smaller in size and can be anything from a fisherman’s boat to a sailboat and is limited to the amount of people it can carry.

The minimum length of time for a rental is 4 hours and the maximum time is 12 hours.
